When accessing our courses, we recommend using the browser Google Chrome.
Google Chrome frequently publishes updates to improve the user experience. If you are unsure if Chrome is up to date, go through the following steps.
Step 1
In the top right of the browser window, you should see three dots that are in a vertical line. CLICK on the three vertical dots.
Step 2
A list should pop up, and near the bottom of that list you should see the word "Help", CLICK on the word "Help"
Step 3
Once you have clicked on the word "Help" an additional list should pop out to the left where you will see the option "About Google Chrome", CLICK on "About Google Chrome"
Step 4
This should bring up a new setting page that will have Google Chrome with its logo in the middle of the page. Below this, you should see a message with the phrase "Chrome is up to date". If you see that message then your browser is up to date, if not you may see something that looks like the following message(See Below). This will automatically start downloading the latest version of the browser and once you are done, you will need to CLICK on "Relaunch" to finish the installation process.
If you have done the following, Google Chrome will be up to date and you should experience a smoother experience with our courses.
