When loading into the course, if you see either of these screens (see below) when on the Bio-Sig portion of the course, you may need to check if your system is supported for Bio-Sig.
If you are seeing these screens in your course, or something similar click on the link below to go to the official BioSigID system capability test page. This page should help direct you to the reason why you are seeing a screen similar to the one above.
