If you are experiencing technical difficulties over a weekend or holiday, send us an email at email@example.com and we can make sure that gets resolved the following business day we are open.
If you lose course access due to technical difficulties just let us know and as long as the system shows you were unable to access the course we can extend your access to your account for any lost days.
Whatever issue happens over the weekend we can make sure gets resolved the next day we are open and can account for any days of access lost in those instances.
