What is Our Refund Policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can review our Refund Policy here. If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please submit an email to support@360training.com. Please note that refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined in the policy.

Eligibility Requirements for the First Time Pass Guarantee

When you upgrade to the Ultimate Test Prep Package, you also receive our First Time Pass Guarantee.

If you do not pass the SAFE MLO National Test after meeting the requirements listed below, $110 or the package purchase price (whichever is less) will be refunded to you within 45 days of receipt of your request.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

1. Complete the Ultimate Test Prep course requirements, including:
   • Watching all Test Prep Ultimate study videos
   • Passing all practice unit quizzes
   • Passing the final exam (unlimited retakes allowed) with a score of 80% or higher
2. Take and fail the SAFE MLO National Test within 30 calendar days after completing the Test Prep course.
3. Submit a refund request to support@360training.com within 30 days of the failed test, including a copy of your test results.
