Webinar Certificates

Once your webinar has ended, proctors will verify your attendance and issue your Certificate of Completion. Your Certificate of Completion will be stored in your MEC Account under your "My Courses Tab" in the top right hand corner. This may take a few hours to appear in your account after your webinar has ended.

Please note that you will need to meet the following requirements for each webinar course to receive a certificate:

• Sign the NMLS Rules of Conduct in your MEC Account. (If you purchase a 7+1 course you will need to sign the R.O.C. in both courses). 
• Effective June 6, 2022: The NMLS requires you remain on camera during the full duration of “seat time”. The NMLS defines “seat time”, as the time that a student is in the course and engaged with the instructor, other students, course content, and activities. One hour is defined as 50 clock minutes (lunches and breaks  are not included in seat time).
• Actively participate using the chat box or as otherwise directed by the Instructor.

If you do not see your certificate after having met the above NMLS requirements, and your webinar ended more than 48 business hours ago, we recommend you reach out to us for additional support at webinars@mortgageeducators.com 

Certificates of Completion are generated bases of self reported information. If you have provided an incorrect last name or NMLS ID and need a new Certificate of Completion generated please request a corrected Certificate of Completion using the link link below.

Webinar Credit Banking

The NMLS allows us to process course completions and upload the information (credit bank) to the NMLS within the specified seven (7) days after the course end date. Although we are typically much faster, we recommend waiting the full 7 days before reaching out with concerns that your credits have not been upload. 

Once we have banked your credit(s) with the NMLS, your MEC Account with show a Green check. If you hoover your cursor over the Green check it will show you the date and time the NMLS confirmed the credits.

Additionally, you will be able to see your banked credit(s) uploaded into your NMLS Education Record. For helpful steps to login in your NMLS Educational Record, click here.

Please note that you will need to meet the following requirements for each course to for us to credit bank in NMLS:

*PE courses have an additional business day to complete any chapter quizzes and/or end of course assessments and will officially end 1 business day after the last day of instruction.
