Navigating my MEC Webinar Course Toolbar

  Course  Home

This icon image of a home will navigate you back to the home page of your course from any were you are in the course. You are able to click this at any time during the course to be taken back to the home page. However, don't worry, you will not lose progress in the course. The course will save and clicking   will bring you to the place in the course where you left off on your progress.  

   Documents 

In this section of the course you will find and are able download all course materials including the course textbook, the slide Presentation, and any case studies mentioned. If you prefer to purchase a copy of the physical textbook click here.  We recommend downloading any course material that you wish to keep, will lose access to the course material once your course has ended.

 Quizzes 

If you are taking on of our PE (Pre-licensing) webinar course you will be required to complete chapter quizzes and/or an End of Course Assessment. These Chapter Quizzes and End of Course Assessment's can be found under your quizzes tab. Please note that all PE courses must have any Quizzes and/or End of Course assessments completed by 11:59 Easter time, 1 day after the last day of live instruction. If you are taking a CE (Continuing Education) webinar course your quizzes and end of course assessment will be completed during the live instruction portion of the webinar.  

 Learning Paths 

Similar to clicking this learning paths icon will help you navigate back to the last section of the course that you have completed progress in. If you have a required quiz that needs to be completed prior to moving on to the next section of the course this path will take you to the next section that required action.  

  Assignments 
In this section of the course you will find any additional homework assignments, if applicable, for the live webinar course you are attending. All Assignments must be completed prior to your credits being banked with the NMLS. Most webinars will not have additional assignments as you will be completing these during the live instruction portion of the course, however all PE webinar do have Quizzes.  

 Gradebook

The Grade book is designed to give you a quick glance at all your Quiz and End of Course Assessment scores. Here you will also we able to see your course completion and credit banking status. Once your credit(s) have been successfully submitted to the NMLS this will reflect in your Gradebook with a green check

Please note PE webinars have quiz and end of course assessment requirements 

  You must login to you MEC Account and complete your R.O.C. or Rules of Conduct prior to the start of the course. You will need to sign for each course you are completing. (If you purchased a 7+1 bundle, you must sign the ROC for each the 1 and 7 hour course). 

  You have now completed everything in your course! We now have 7 days to bank your credits with the NMLS. Participation is entered manually and may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. 

  Congratulations, your credit(s) have been successfully banked with the NMLS. This will also be reflected in you NMLS Educational Record.
