Below you will find Mortgage Educators and Compliance's cancellation policy
LIVE CLASSES AND LIVE WEBINARS : No refunds will be granted for live CE courses/live webinars after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you are unable to attend the class/webinar you've registered for, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at any time. You may also transfer to another "Live" course/webinar or to a different event PRIOR TO the first day of the event for which you have enrolled for by paying a $25.00 transfer fee. Please note that if the class/webinar that you are transferring into has a higher price point, you will be billed the difference. NO reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend your scheduled course and do not notify Mortgage Educators and Compliance at least 24 hours in advance. Non-registered attendees will be required to pay for the class attended prior to having their hours reported to the NMLS.
ONLINE COURSES (Excluding Test Prep) : You may cancel an online course within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, unless your course has been started or accessed within our system. If you choose to cancel after the initial 24-hour period, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded, if the request is made within 30 days and the course has not been accessed. *After 30 days, there will be no refund granted for any online course purchase.
RELOAD FEE : If the 20-hour pre-license course has not been completed or accessed within six months of ordering, a $75 fee will be charged to reload the course and National test prep back into your account.
TEST PREP : If you do not access or start the course you may receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase or a partial refund of 75% within 30 days of purchase. If the test prep has been started within our system, no refund will be given.
* IMPORTANT NOTE : If the course has been submitted for credit to the NMLS or has expired under the current calendar year, Mortgage Educators and Compliance will not pay or reimburse you for any fees or fines levied by the NMLS, state regulator agency, or personal company. It is the user's responsibility to ensure each course is completed in time for renewal, as well as to notify Mortgage Educators and Compliance of any unaccounted for (but completed) credit hours with the NMLS.
